Terms of Delivery

For our SecuFast products, we apply the following Terms for Delivery and Payment:

• We sell exclusively to companies, not to private individuals.
• Prices are in Euros, excluding VAT. All prices mentioned in our webshop are without obligation and we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.
• Current price data are only visible in the online shop for the relevant item after you have requested a login.
• Minimum order value is € 50,00. Orders with a lower amount are automatically replenished to € 50,00.
• For orders with a net value below € 500,00 we charge € 30,00 for order costs and shipping costs according to our shipping table.
• Orders with a net invoice of more than € 500,00 will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, including standard packaging.
• Delivery times are without obligation. We will endeavour to comply strictly with these, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
• Our payment term is within 30 days after invoice date, strictly net.
• We reserve the right to require advance payment in case of first order and international orders.
• Complaints must be submitted to the sales department by telephone or in writing within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Returns without our prior notice and consent will not be accepted. Returns will be carriage paid to our address, 25% of the invoice amount with a minimum of € 25,00 will be charged. Freight and handling costs will not be credited.
• Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all offers and through us to conclude agreements of purchase and sale apply to the General Conditions of Delivery and Payment filed at the Chamber of Commerce.
